MurthyDotCom : EB3 Number Expectations: "The United States Department of State (DOS) has indicated to the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) that movement in the EB3 dates is not expected until March 2005, at the earliest. They state that April 2005 is a more realistic estimate. There is no guarantee, however, that the numbers will move during either month or how much movement might occur."

Information on PERM

Information on PERM from Immigration.com update on 7th January 2005: "In the meantime, until PERM becomes effective, SWAs will continue to accept foreign labor certifications. SWAs will stop accepting Form ETA-750s from employers 61 days after the publication of PERM.
The PERM system is expected to take effect in February. "
